Transformations are constantly happening in the world and at an increasing speed. From analogue to digital, from petrol to electric, from hierarchies to fluid forms of organization. While value systems, strengths and weaknesses as well as habits and beliefs are being questioned in these dynamic processes, attitude and integrity are essential in order to maximize potential.

Managers in particular are required to communicate the meaningfulness of change processes and delegate responsibility in order to effectively mobilize and motivate employees.

As a consultant and transformation facilitator, I support a goal-oriented and sustainable process that is often associated with new perspectives and expanded capabilities.

When market events and global dynamics mean that corporate strategies need to be adapted to current circumstances, companies are challenged to let go of existing value codes and create a new direction. By understanding the purpose of change and the underlying need for change, the integration of individual needs and expectations of those involved can create an attitude that gives the transformation power and impact.

Restructuring, target development processes, job changes and resource allocation are challenges in which managers can prove their competence and role model function. However, ensuring employees' ability to act while providing security and stability during change often leads to complications.

Managers can be supported through soft skills training, team development processes, role understanding and self-management. Because by consciously leading themselves and knowing their own patterns, managers can react to the many challenges in a targeted manner and live up to their potential.

Conflicts and Inner Balance


Conflicts are an omnipresent element of every company, which has its origins in the multitude of goals and needs. And although they have the potential to contribute constructively to the development of the company, there is a risk of escalation with consequential damage, such as loss of employees, reduction in quality or work stoppages.

Conflict mediation therefore offers an opportunity to understand fundamental motives and, through neutral, understanding analysis, can release the energy tied up in company processes and restore constructive cooperation. However, internal tensions should also be considered and addressed so that the potential for change can be utilized. Professional support can be extremely effective here.

About Me


I am a consultant and author. After studying business administrations at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, I followed it up with a doctorate. Today I work as a certified coach and consultant for transformation psychology with companies of all sizes and NGOs. I wrote several publications in which my 15 years of experience as a consultant are expressed.

Methods


I offer moderation, workshops, training and coaching, both in digital and analogue form. Working German as well as in English is available. I have gained experience in the following sectors:

  • creative, social and scientific institutions.

In my work, attitude, flexibility and individuality are important to me, as this is the only way to ensure a trusting exchange. I work with a variety of methods such as Gallup Strength Finder or Lego Serious Play. I am certified for Dynamic Facilitation and seminar actors and as expert of blended learning concepts.
