Transformation is a challenge I would be happy to support you with.
The Why
Transformations are constantly happening in the world and with increasing speed as well. From analogue to digital, from petrol to electric, from hierarchies to fluid organizational forms. While value systems, strengths, and weaknesses as well as habits and beliefs are questioned in these dynamic processes, attitude and integrity are essential in order to exploit maximum potential. Managers in particular are required to communicate the meaningfulness of the change processes and to delegate responsibility in order to be able to effectively mobilize and motivate employees.
As a consultant and transformation manager, I accompany and lead this process in order to promote potential and stability during process of transformation with the help of coaching, training and Change-management.
“You can’t teach anybody anything, only make them realise the answers are already inside them.”

Leadership
Restructuring, goal development processes, job changes and the distribution of resources are challenges in which managers can prove their competence and role model function. However, ensuring that employees are able to act and at the same time convey security and stability in the face of change often leads to complications.
Through the training of soft skills, team development processes, understanding of roles and self-leadership, the manager can be supported in being able to guarantee the achievement of goals and maintain motivation and integration in the long term in order to generate sustainable growth.
Culture Change
When market events and global dynamics lead to an adaption of corporate strategies to current circumstances, companies are challenged to let go of existing codes of values and to create a new perspective. By understanding the meaning of change and the underlying necessity of change, the integration of individual needs and expectations of those involved can create an attitude that gives the transformation power and impact.
Since changes in attitude and behaviour are long-term developments, recognizing the meaning of change is essential in order to align new values and visions accordingly, which shape cultural change effectively and sustainably.

Conflict Mediation
Conflict is a ubiquitous element of any business. And although they have the potential to make a constructive contribution to the development of the company, there is a risk of escalation with consequential damage, such as the loss of employees, a reduction in quality or the inability to work.
Conflict mediation therefore offers a way of understanding fundamental motives and, through neutral, understanding analysis, restore constructive cooperation as well as release the energies that are tied up in company processes.
Employee Retention
A shortage of skilled workers and generational changes present companies with the challenge of retaining competent and experienced employees. Benefits such as a fruit basket or good canteen food are helpful, but no longer sufficient.
An individual and objective analysis makes it possible to identify potential that leads to a perspective and emotional bond with employees. Many years of experience and diagnostic competence result in a professional approach to the use of the potential of each individual.
Methods
I offer moderation, workshops, training and coaching, both in digital and analogue form. Working German as well as in English is available. I have gained experience in the following sectors: pharmaceuticals, automotive, telecommunications, food, creative, social and scientific institutions.
In my work, attitude, flexibility and individuality are important to me, as this is the only way to ensure a trusting exchange. I work with a variety of methods, such as systemic constellation, blended learning concepts, dynamic facilitation, Lego Serious Play, seminar actors and the PACCC model.
About
I am a consultant and author. After studying business administrations at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, I followed it up with a doctorate in intercultural communication. Today I teach there, as well as at the University of Applied Management as a certified consultant for transformation psychology. At the peak of the pandemic, I published my fifth book "Working Sensibly - Shaping a Job with Attitude", in which my 15 years of experience as a consultant are expressed. It sheds light on my core capability of focusing on integrity, equality, and integration to successfully develop cross-industry transformations.
