About
I am a consultant and author. After studying business administrations at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, I followed it up with a doctorate in intercultural communication. Today I teach there, as well as at the University of Applied Management as a certified consultant for transformation psychology. At the peak of the pandemic, I published my fifth book "Working Sensibly - Shaping a Job with Attitude", in which my 15 years of experience as a consultant are expressed.
Methods
I offer moderation, workshops, trainings and coaching, both in digital and analogue form. Working German as well as in English is available. I have gained experience in the following sectors: pharmaceuticals, automotive, telecommunications, food, insurance and in social and scientific institutions.
In my work, attitude, flexibility and individuality are important to me, as this is the only way to ensure a trusting exchange. I work with a variety of methods, such as systemic constellation, blended learning concepts, dynamic facilitation, Lego Serious Play, Insights MDI, seminar actors and the PACCC model.
